Ingredients: Squid Preparation: First marinate the squid in lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Using bamboo skewer, alternate the squid with prawns, chourizo, (if you are feeling healthy!) some vegetable and the tentacles. Fire up your grill. Grill the skewers over a hot fire. Leave the skewers on the grill for about 1-3 minutes, depending on the heat of the fire, and keep turning them until the squid is cooked through. Do not overcook, or the squid will be tough. |
