The aim of the Summer School in Economics is to provide professionals in the public and private sectors and graduate students the opportunity to know the current status of a variety of topics relevant to the Spanish economy and world. The courses are taught by experts in the field with established international prestige. A series of annual week-long courses are designed to offer rigorous exposure from the methodological point of view with a clear practical objective. That is, "how to translate theory into practice?" In these courses, the classes are designed to encourage an open debate on the issues presented, while maintaining academic rigor.
