Health and Pharmaceutical Studies Seminar
The “Seminar of Social Studies on Health and Medicines” (SESAM), stated
by a cooperation agreement between University Carlos III of Madrid and
Health and Consumption Ministry, has the aim of promoting the
postgraduate education and research in the field of the social sciences
applied to health and drugs.
The SESAM, in union with the Center of Investigation of Economy of the Health (CRES) of the University Pompeu Fabra, has received a scholarship of the Merck Company Foundation to foment the investigation, the education and the diffusion of the knowledge in these topics.
The "Seminar of Madrid", under the patronages of this scholarship, assembles academicians and professionals of the sector to discuss studies of investigation and other relevant questions
